N	Nat HW on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 草のあん団子と、芋ようかんを頂きました。草団子は上品な大きさで頬張らず一つ一つを味わって食べられるので、小さい子供や女性にも一本ずつ良いかもしれません。味は苦すぎずしっかりよもぎの味を感じられ、あんの程よい甘さと合ってスッキリと食べられました。芋ようかんは昔ながらの作りらしく、ほぼ和風の生スイートポテトのような食感でした。後味にミルクのようなふんわりした味が感じられ、甘すぎるような後味は全くなく、甘いものが苦手な方でも食べやすいかと思います。こちらは年配者の受けが良さそうです。 I had a grass dumpling and Yokan. I think the taste of dumplings is the best in Kawagoe. Recently (maybe it's been several years), the taste of Mitarashi dumplings has become a refreshing taste, and I definitely buy grilled dumplings and Mitarashi dumplings. I also like kusa mochi.

R	Ren Osawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of hidden Japanese confectioners in this region. They have run this shop since 1935. Loved by locals, they serve classic Japanese "okashi". One of my favorites is "ichigo daifuku", a mochi in which a strawberry is rapped. I think this shop is much superior to other major ones in quality, price is reasonable, too. Highly recommended.
