な	なんすぺ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの老健に入ってから大きく祖父の歩行能力が落ちました。また、認知症も進行し、会話が出来なくなりました。にもかかわらず、リハビリの計画書を見ましたら「認知症短期集中加算」というのが取られており、普通のリハビリよりもたくさんやっている風の書類になっていました。もちろん、リハビリの費用は普通の所より高くかかっています。説明を聞きに行ったのが高齢の祖母のみだったので騙されたという気持ちが大変高いです。祖父はここの施設では完全寝たきりだったのに、次の施設に行ったら少し起きている時間ができ、どうにか話が出来るようになりました。しかし、話の食い違いは引き続きあり、これはもう治らない認知症になってしまったな、という印象です。また、知人のリハビリ職の方がこちらで働いていたことがあるというのでどんな内情だったか聴いたところ「(リハビリは殆どやっていないので)書類を変に残すと監査に引っ掛かるので書かないように」と指導され、嫌になって辞めたと話していました。 My grandfather's walking ability has greatly deteriorated since I entered this old age. 遠	遠藤裕子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 95歳の母がお世話になりました。コロナ禍で予定の期間を大幅に超えて面倒をみていただきました。ケアマネ、看護士、介護士、栄養士、リハビリ担当、生活支援相談員が一体となり、特に生活相談員の方には少々込み入った家庭事情にも親身に相談にのっていただき有り難く思いました。病院が隣接(古川橋病院)されているので安心でしたし、本来なら面会謝絶のところガラス越し面会が可能で、Skypeで会話する、といった工夫で本人の顔を見ることができ、安心いたしました。転所の日(介護施設に入所の為)お世話くださったスタッフの皆さんが暖かく送り出してくださいました。今後の指導書には健康管理、食事、介護の方法、リハリビや機能訓練の方法がこと細かく記載されていました。手厚い介護を受けて以前より少々きれいになった母。あと何年生きられるかわかりませんが、健やかに幸せに過ごさせていただいたようです。皆様のご尽力に頭が下がる思いです。お世話になり、本当にありがとうございました。何かありましたら、また相談させて下さい。 My 95-year-old mother took care of me.
