★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スエトシ牧場から県道44号線『下仁田浅科線』を下ってくると、志賀地区の最奥部の集落に『雲台寺』が在ります。
日本各地、こんな山の中に、何故こんなに立派なお寺が？
と常々疑問におもいますけど、やはり此処にも。
実は境内に立ち寄っていません。山の端に建つ赤い鳥居が気になって入り口通り過ぎちゃいました。今度ゆっくり寄らせて貰います。
で改めてよらせて頂きました。
入口の駐車場から坂道と石段が続きます。
こじんまりした本堂にこじんまりした祭壇。
そこがまた良いんです。
If you go down the prefectural road No. 44 "Shimonita Asashina Line" from Suetoshi Ranch, you will find "Undaiji Temple" in the innermost village of the Shiga district.
Why are there such magnificent temples in such mountains all over Japan?
I always wonder, but again here.
Actually, I haven't stopped by the precincts. I was worried about the red torii gate on the edge of the mountain and passed by the entrance. I'll let you come slowly next time.
