また、不良品の処分の際にこちらの不動産経由で処分していただこうとして見積もりを出してもらったら8万円といわれ、怪しく感じ自治体に頼んだら1万円以内で収まりました。
その事を伝えても黙りで正直信用できない不動産屋です。
追記
退去費用23万円請求されていたところ、弁護士等に相談し、9万円で解決しました。

When I was requested to move out for 230,000 yen, I consulted with a lawyer and settled it for 90,000 yen.
