★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客層は良いのですがスタッフの質が良くないです。利用者は静かに黙々と仕事をしているのに、受付に座っている女性スタッフは私語の雑談を絶え間無く喋り続けていてうるさいです。
また、共用設備のお手入れをしてくれるのですが、そんなに！？と驚くほど大きな音をガチャンガチャンと立てるので、毎日その時間になるとうんざりします。
また、スタッフがいる間は電話の保留メロディのようなものが延々と流れていてイライラするので耳栓を買いました。そういうのが好きな人もいるかもしれませんが…
設備もオフィス専門のレンタルスペースとしては不満があります。
まず、用意されている机や照明がOA仕事に向いていません。ガラス張りのビルのため外光が結構入りモニタが見辛いです。仕方なくブラインドを閉めてもビル側の制御で強制的に開いてしまい、その都度ブラインドを閉め直します。
個室もフリースペースも照明は個別にON-OFFできないので、自分の場所だけオフにするといった調節はできません。
これなら程よい明るさのスタバのほうが快適だと思っています。
空調についても調節ができず、利用者は自分の場所の温度設定を自分で変えたり切ることができません。あまりにも暑い・寒い場合はスタッフに申告して変えてもらうのですが、照明と同じく他のエリアも一斉に変わる設定のため、他の利用者が変えたければそれに合わせるしかありません。
良い点としては、まだ契約がフルに埋まっていないようで、比較的人の密度が少ない点です。
総合的に見て、支払うコストに見合うオフィスではないと思います。
The customer base is good, but the quality of the staff is not good. The users work quietly and silently, but the female staff members sitting at the reception are noisy as they keep chatting privately.
Also, they will take care of common facilities, but that much! ? It makes a surprisingly loud sound, and I get fed up at that time every day.
Also, while the staff was there, I bought earplugs because something like a hold melody on the phone played endlessly and was frustrating. Some people may like it, but...
The equipment is also unsatisfactory as a rental space specialized for offices.
First, the desks and lights provided are not suitable for office work. It's a glass building, so it's hard to see the monitor with outside light. Even if you blindly close the blinds, it will be forcibly opened by the control of the building, and the blinds will be closed again each time.
Lighting cannot be turned on/off individually for private rooms and free spaces, so you cannot make adjustments such as turning off only your place.
In this case, I think that a moderately bright starbucks is more comfortable.
The air conditioning cannot be adjusted either, and the user cannot change or cut the temperature setting of his/her place by himself. If it is too hot or cold, the staff will report it and change it, but like the lighting, other areas will change all at once, so if other users want to change it, there is no choice but to match it.
The good news is that the contract doesn't seem to be fully filled yet, and the population is relatively low.
Overall, I don't think the office is worth the cost.
