G	Gota Shimizu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おそらくラジオの収録であるが、防音もされてない部屋で楽器を演奏する非常に迷惑な入居者がいる。オフィス管理側もそれを放置しており、最悪の管理体制。作業スペースが欲しいなどの理由での入居ならやめた方がいい。オフィスはきれいだが、土日や平日の夜はエアコンが別料金(かなり高く事前申請制)で、土日は無料会議室も使えなったり、何かと融通が利かない。平日の昼しか稼働させる予定がないならば気にならないと思うが、残業があったり、土日出勤が起こりうる方にはこちらのオフィスは向いていません。平日の昼間も他のレンタルオフィスに対して明確な優位性があるわけではないので、駅からのアクセスが良いという以外に、特にこのオフィスを選ぶ理由はない。 There are very annoying tenants playing the instrument in a room that is probably radio recording but not soundproofed. Since there is no clear advantage over other rental offices during the daytime on weekdays, there is no reason to choose this office, except for good access from the station.
