★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 履きやすさ、使いやすさ抜群。難点は値段と手入れの難しさぐらいでしょうか。2割引セールをしていたので一足購入。リピート組です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リゲッタカヌーの靴はとても履きやすく疲れないし履けば履くほど足にフィットします。靴はリゲッタときめてるのでデザインだけ選ぶだけなので楽チンです。
郡山イオンにはお店がはいってないので、いつもアルルで買っています。長持ちしてとても良い品物です。店員さんは普通の応対です。

しかし、在庫確認や取り寄せの手配は素早いです。
少し前にお店に行き、定番の商品を買うため、私が3年ほど履いていた靴のアウトソールが、真っ二つに割れたことやアウトソールの1部がポロリと落ちたことを話しました。
その理由の説明が「履いていた年数。交代に履いてください(やってます)。」だったのが、モヤモヤしました。
何故割れてしまうのか⁉️、を、ご存知なかったようです?
帰ってから靴箱を見ると説明書きが入っていました。
店頭で、「こちらに書いてありますので………(略)」のひとことがあってもいいのではないかと、帰ってからもモヤモヤしてました?
リゲッタ自体には、不満はないんですけれど?

S Sサイズの靴を買う予定でしたが
他の「0.5ミリきざみでの靴がありますよ」と親切に対応して頂きました。
若くて穏やかな感じの話しかたの素敵な店員さんで、慌てず ゆっくりと買い物ができました。
