こ	こーちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えはまあまあといったところ。女性スタッフが『何かあったらお伺いしましょうか』と尋ねてくれたのでいくつか質問したのですが、マスク越しでもわかるほど無表情で、定型文での案内と応答のみ。社会人になる息子に買うモデルを…と具体的に伝えても『ぜひ今度ご一緒に』的な発展的会話を期待したのですが、(あくまで主観ですが)ふーんといった感じでこちらのニーズを聞く気・深掘る気はなく、お店を出際にありがとうございましたもなし。レザーソールについてチョロっとご助言はくださったものの寂しい気持ちになり、何だか『塩対応』ならぬ『AI対応』を味わったように感じました。タンナーを聞いてもご存知なかったし、見習いさんだったのでしょうか？あまりにも気分悪かったので向かいのオーデマピゲに行ったら真逆の神対応で、こちらのお店の無機質ぶりが余計際立ちました。たった一人の店員さんのことでお店の評価を下げちゃうのは申し訳ないのですが、モノと共に満足感を売るという、高級靴店に見合う対応を得られず残念すぎたので、改善への期待も込めて星ふたつといたします(とはいえ、次にリーガルを買うなら、こちらから徒歩5分の、気持ちよく買い物ができる大丸に行きます)。 The assortment is ok.
