★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在、秋田を離れて暮らしていて、家の近くにリーガルショップはありますが、店員がパッとしない方が多いです。秋田店では、たいてい女性の店員さんで、接客がよく、親切なので、秋田に帰省の際は、夫の通勤靴や雪用のブーツを2～3足まとめ買いしていきます。
Currently, I live away from Akita and there is a legal shop near my house, but there are many people who do not like the staff. At the Akita store, most of the female employees are good at serving and kind, so when I return to Akita, I buy a couple of pairs of my husband's commute shoes and snow boots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 残念です。以前の店員さんは、サイズをきちんと計り、バックヤードから合うものを探して持ってきてくれました。が、店頭にあるものを履かせて、サイズも口頭で聞き取りして、きちんと診断してくれず、その店頭に置いているものを箱に積めました…。ほんとに残念です。
靴自体はとてもよかったのですが、もうわざわざ行く必要はないかと思います。
I'm sorry. Former clerk carefully measured the size and looked for something that fits in the backyard and brought it to me. However, I put on what I had at the store, listened to the size of it, and did not properly diagnose it, so I put what I had at the store in a box. I'm really sorry.
The shoes themselves were very nice, but I don't think I need to go anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 応対は丁寧。ない靴は探してくれます。ただ踵交換で靴をもっていった際、駐車場割引券はくれない。受け取りでお金を払ったときは割引券をくれる。
The reception is polite. They will look for shoes that are not available. However, when I bring my shoes for heel exchange, I will not give you a parking discount ticket. When you pay for the receipt, you will receive a discount coupon.
