I have changed jobs several times in the past few decades, and I have found a job on my own, but this time I used our job change support service for the first time. I was a manager of a foreign-affiliated global company that was not listed on a major recruiting site or LinkedIn, and although the conditions were unfortunate for me, I was hired at a surprising speed. It is a wonderful company that supports jobs that can utilize the experience and strengths of those who want to change jobs without uniformly judging those who want to change jobs based on old Japanese values (age, gender, educational background, etc.). In the selection process, we had you follow up carefully. Highly recommended for women who are looking to advance their careers in bilingual positions.

ReachExt K.K has great relationships with the hiring mangers. It is not like other recruiting companies that receive your resume and just send it to the companies.
