s	s c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのお店に通って3年ほどになります。通いはじめの頃はスタッフの勧めもあり、1〜2週間に1度のペースで通っていましたが、現在はコリなどの不調がかなり改善されたため、月に1回程度メンテナンスに通っています。当初、前屈は指先が付かず、肩コリが悩みで、背中も固まっていましたが、今では手の平が床に付くようになり、肩コリも気にならなくなりました。お店で施術を受けながら勧められた「自宅でのケアや運動」を併せて行ったのが良かったのだと思います。施術の中でカラダの状態をみながら自宅で出来るストレッチや食事への配慮、運動の効果などをアドバイスしてもらえる点が好印象です。頻繁に通うことよりも、出来るだけ自分でケアをして、通う頻度を減らせる方向でのアドバイスをしてもらえるのが嬉しいですね。スタッフの方は明るく楽しい方ばかりなので、話をする事自体が楽しいというのも継続できている理由のひとつです。私が行ったことのある中では1番のお勧めのお店です。 It's been about 3 years since I went to this shop. Rather than going frequently, I'm glad that you can take care of yourself as much as possible and get advice in the direction of reducing the frequency of going. The staff are all cheerful and fun, so talking is fun, which is one of the reasons why we can continue. This is the most recommended restaurant I have ever been to.
