★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古物件の住宅購入で仲介業者に入ってもらった企業でした。相手がオープンハウスだったから手こずった。オープンハウスの住宅は絶対に手を出してはいけない。3か月遅延金が発生したのだ。遅延損害金は13万です。ここも越境の問題を解決出来なかった。惜しい企業だった。
It was a company that had me join an intermediary to buy a second-hand property. I had a hard time because the other party was an open house. Never touch an open house. There was a three-month delay. The late damage is 130,000. I couldn't solve the cross-border problem here either. It was a regrettable company.
