★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日立駅から歩いてすぐの所にあるのに、落ち着いた雰囲気のカフェ。
こじんまりとしていますが、お店のソファがおしゃれでゆっくりできます。
子連れで行きましたが優しい眼差しで見守ってくれました。
最近ランチを始めたそうで、この日はラザニア、カレー、パニーノの三種類がありました。
特にパニーノがとても美味しかったです！！モッツァレラチーズとハムの素材の味がしっかりしていました^^
 A cafe with a calm atmosphere, even though it is just a short walk from Hitachi Station.
It's small, but the sofas in the shop are fashionable and you can relax.
I went with my child, but he watched over me with a gentle look.
It seems that he started lunch recently, and there were three types of lasagna, curry, and panini on that day.
Especially the panini was very delicious! !! The taste of the mozzarella cheese and ham ingredients was solid ^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日立駅前にある。駐車場はない。近くにコインパーキングあり。コーヒー好きなお友達と一緒だったので、前から気になってたので入ってみた。お店で、焙煎してて本格的。種類も多くグラムで買える。コーヒー苦手だがあっさりしてて美味しい。エスプレッソも飲める。ランチもやってるので今度また行ってみたい
Located in front of Hitachi station. There is no parking lot. There is coin parking nearby. I was with a friend who loves coffee, so I've been interested in it for a long time, so I went in. Roasted at the shop and authentic. Many types can be bought in grams. I'm not good at coffee, but it's light and delicious. You can also drink espresso. I also have lunch so I want to go there again

そんな気分になり、美容室の帰りに前からお邪魔したかったレイズコーヒーさんへ。お店に入るとコーヒーの匂いが漂う。それだけで幸せ。
店内は真ん中に大人数用の長椅子が置かれ、その周りに1人掛けや2〜3人掛けの椅子が置かれています。カウンター席もあり1人でも入りやすい雰囲気です。
泡を楽しみたくて泡たっぷりのカプチーノとチーズケーキを注文しました。
赤いカップに注がれたカプチーノはエスプレッソの深い味わいとミルクのまろやかさが上手くマッチングされ美味しい。お花の可愛いラテアートにも心満たされる。
チーズケーキは小さめで甘み抑えめ、ふわっと軽い食感。甘みが苦手な私は好きな味です。音楽も静かに流れて優しい時間を過ごす事ができました。

Inside the store, there is a chaise longue for a large number of people in the center, and chairs for one or two or three people are placed around it. There is also a counter seat, making it easy for one person to enter.
I ordered a cappuccino and cheesecake with plenty of foam because I wanted to enjoy the foam.
The cappuccino poured into the red cup is delicious because the deep taste of espresso and the mellowness of milk are well matched. You will be satisfied with the cute latte art of flowers.
The cheesecake is small and has a low sweetness, and has a fluffy and light texture. I don't like sweetness, so I like it. The music played quietly and I was able to spend a gentle time.

自家焙煎のコーヒーは比較的煎り浅めが多く、香りや甘み、酸味が楽しめる感じです
平日は運がいいと焙煎中の香りと景色を楽しめることも...
フードメニューはジワジワと充実して行ってる感じ
日替りの、チキン出汁カレーも美味しかったです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful people!! Glad to have found this place on my first nights visit. Will be back each morning for coffee. (Actually found out later they are not open in the morning... good stop in the evening!!)
Ray roasts her own coffee and the attention to detail shows, all the way down to the presentation.
