み	みみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地方では珍しいローフードカフェ。玄米も出てくるので、ローフード&マクロビと言った感じかも。身体にとても優しいですね♪ なかなか手に入らないローの食材と多分有機野菜を使われてるんだと思うので、小さいお店で1人で手作りされててた…ちょっとお値段がいいのは仕方ないかな、と思います。ローフードが大好きで身体に摂り入れたいのですが…実は動物が少しだけ苦手です。遠くで見てる分には悪くないけど、食事時には特に。ゆったりと静かに落ち着いて食事やお茶をしたい人には不向きかも。ちょっと遠方でもがんばって行っちゃおうかなぁと思いつつ…前回ゆっくり出来なかったのでちょっと躊躇しちゃいます。禁煙スペースみたいに、禁ペットスペースがあればいいなぁと思います(^ ^) A raw food cafe that is rare in rural areas.
