海	海江田ゆきこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家の近所で、大好きなAujuaシリーズがあったので飛び込みでHP予約させて頂いたのですが、電話応対も臨機応変に対応されて、とても好印象でした。こちらに至るまで3店舗行き、カラーに納得得られず、諦めモードで行きましたが、担当の方の経験から、アドバイスが本当に的確で、ズバリ!納得行くコメントが返って来たことで本当にやりたいカラーが注文出来ました！仕上がりは勿論、嬉しい♡仕上がりでした。ホームケアもきちんと教えてくださり、安心と満足の仕上がりでした！店内は、入口も木目調で温かく、トイレも衛生的に綺麗でしたし、飲み物も種類が豊富で、楽しめました！又、今回一番気に入った設備は、シャンプー台に、ヘッドを支えてくれるグレードの良いシャンプー台なので、首や腰が悪い方には、とても良いです。車椅子の方でも来れるように、セットの椅子も移動可能でしたので、どんな方にも優しいお店でした！本当に行ってマジで良かったです！ありがとうございました! み	みい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーナーさんは雰囲気が柔らかく話しやすい方でしたが、担当していただいた方は常にこちらの意見を否定する方で疲れました。私が提案に乗らないのが気に入らないのか相談しても流され聞いてもらえず、もう考えていってこうしようと決まっていたからそう言っただけなのに嫌な気持ちでした。こちらの話を最後まで聞く前に先に否定され、イライラしながら話され不快でした。接客レベル低すぎます。仕上がりもやはり理解していなかったみたいで、したくない色味になりました。なぜちゃんときかないのか。しきりに髪を明るくするよう勧めてくるのも不快。世代的に若くもないし一般の仕事で若くない人が明るい髪なんて浮いたり頼りなく見られる原因にもなるし、ほとんどの人がしないのも知らないようで白髪染めでも明るいのもあると誰でも知ってるようなことを何度も言ってきて不快。せめて勧めるなら色々勉強してから言えばいいのに。案内された席の足元に毛がかなり落ちていたり、違う人の毛が何本も刺さっているブランケットをかけられたりしたのも不快。毛が大量に落ちたままの席も放置していて清潔感がなく清掃の行き届いてない美容室の印象。 The owner had a soft atmosphere and was easy to talk to, but the person in charge was always tired of denying this opinion. The staff was extremely friendly and even though we only spoke in english and that they weren't fully bilingual, they still tried to understand what we wanted and communicate with us as much as possible. The haircuts were exactly as we wanted them, the head massage and shampoo was delightful and the price was reasonable. It is a 15 minute walk from Osaka castle and it was totally worth it. Thank you so much for this amazing experience, sincerely from the three canadian girls.

I tried to stay awake because it felt so good and I wanted to enjoy every second of it. I got my head spa from Asuka Ikeda. I definitely recommend you ask for her. Also I got my nails manicured there and now they are clean just the way I prefer them.
