M	MAX on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーショ巡りが好きで茨城栃木埼玉あちこち行きます。ここはラーショ期待(椿系)以上の美味さです。ラーメン造る前にどんぶりを熱湯で暖めていました。美味い熱々のラーメンを出したい店主さんの心遣いが垣間見えました。ネギミソチャーシューを頂きましたが、スープが予想以上に美味い。チャーシューも美味かった。L字カウンターとテーブル席(４人分)でやや狭い店内ですがご夫婦で切り盛りされていて、感じが良かったです。一部の意見に愛想が悪いと有りますが、写真を取らなければ別に何も悪くないですよ。恐らく店が狭いのでSNS等々で客が殺到するのを避けてるんだと思います。初めて行く方は駐車場がわかりづらいですね。店の西側の路地を南に左折して右側が10台分の駐車場です。透き通った脂が浮いていて他のラーショよりスープが美味い。今回久しぶりの間々田店。ネギチャーシューをいただきました。見た目ややあっさり系ですが(ラーショ平均より)透明な脂が薄く広がるスープはやはり何度食べても美味い。 I like to go around Rasho and go to Ibaraki, Tochigi, Saitama and so on. Probably because the store is small, I think that I avoid flooding with customers on SNS etc. If you are going for the first time, it is difficult to find the parking lot. Turn left in the alley on the west side of the store and the parking lot for 10 cars is on the right. The clear fat floats and the soup tastes better than other rasho. This is the Makita store after a long absence. I had a green onion char siu. Although it looks a little light, the soup with a thin layer of transparent fat (than the Ramen average) is delicious no matter how many times you eat it.
