碧	碧海 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前、営業で東北エリア担当だったころ高速から見える赤い「支那そば」の看板が気になりわざわざインター降りて立ち寄ったのがきっかけで出張の度寄っていました。かなりあっさりですが、出汁はしっかりしていますからおいしいです。逆に東京ではこういうあっさり系は少ないので通ってましたね。また、ちよっとはずれにあるので隠れ家的な感じも好きでした。仕事以外では中々いけないので残念です。また、食べたいラーメンの一つです。 A few years ago, when I was in charge of the Tohoku area in sales, I was worried about the red "China Soba" sign that I could see from the highway, so I went on a business trip because I got off the interchange and stopped by. h	hzM vvatA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「支那そば」をいただきました。山の中にある古民家を思わせる…というか、そのまま山の中の古民家が支那そば屋さんになった感じの店です。道路沿いに看板が出ていますが、入り口から少し奥に進んだ場所にあるため、通りからは隠れて見えないと思います。玄関から入り、靴を脱ぎ、障子戸を開けるとテーブルが並んでいます。支那そばという名前の通り、昔ながらのシンプルな味です。味付けも濃くなく、具材もチャーシューとメンマ、ネギの中のキュウリは少し驚きましたが、いたってシンプルです。出てくるお水もカップ酒の容器と、本当に、田舎のおばちゃんの家に行ったらお昼に出てきそうな感じです。昭和の懐かしさを思わせる味と店構え、幼少期に戻った気持ちで食べられます。誤解のないよう加えますが、褒め言葉ですよ。 I received "Chinese noodles". The restaurant is a tourist trap - but it's got integrity and style. Expect your lunch to run somewhere around 1400 - 1800 yen a person. The soba was just the right amount of firm and chewy. Sides were equally delicious.
