ファミリーマートの裏にあります。ビルの1階に駐車場があり、雨や日差しが強い時にしのげます。 女性の先生でよく話を聞いて下さり、こちらの疑問を受けてレントゲンや血液検査など対応して下さいました。普段とは違う長引く熱で受診し肺炎とわかりました。 検査機器が充実しているそうです。 小さいですがキッズスペースあります。施設が新しく清潔感があります。

先生、理学療法士、受付を含むスタッフ最高です。 数年前から、背中の痛みで他の病院で治療を受けてましたが、全く改善されず数件の整形外科をはしごする、整形外科難民でした。 友人の紹介でぶんの先生の診察を受けましたが、患者の話を良く聞いてくれ質問にもはっきりと答えてくれる、優しい先生です。 レントゲン、MRI検査を行い背中にトリガーポイント注射を2回するも、良い態が長続きしないため、リハビリによる治療となりました。 リハビリでは、今までの病院では経験がないほど療法士の先生が、患者の話を聞きアドバイスをする治療を行ってくれました。 特に徒手は最高でした。 先生と療法士との意思疎通が図られている事を感じました。 お陰で永年からの背中の痛みから解放されました。

先生、看護師さんの対応はいい。でも受付の方の言葉不足により、不快な気持ちにさせられた。1日期限の切れた処方箋の再発行の要望をしたら、「再診察がいる」といわれたので、それならいいですとお断りしようとしたら、「やはり診察なしで処方箋再発行できます」と言われたので母に取りに行ってもらいました。何もわからず行ってくれた母は、750円発行料金で支払ったといわれました。電話口ではなにも言われていないし、そもそも医療費が不要な立場なので尚更その説明はしなくてはいけないのでは?最初の電話応対の際もこちらの話もあまり聞かず言いたいことだけツラツラ話すような感じでした。説明不足の旨の電話をした際も、最初に出た方と違うのでしょうけど「あーそうだったんですねーすみませーん、言っておきまーす」って、大人の謝罪で語尾伸ばされて、全然誠意が伝わらない上辺だけの謝りでした。もう少し患者の言っていることに聞く姿勢や問い合わせの際の応対を優しく、親切な言い方にされた方がいいと思います。先生はいいかたなのですごく残念な気持ちになりました。

受付の方や看護師さん、愛想が良くて好感は持てるのだけど、何か終始焦ってるような感じがします。 5回ほど受診したのですが、2回ほどミスがあり、そのうち1回はまったく違う人として先生に案内され、1回は受付での説明ミスでした。 焦らず確実に対応してほしいところです。 そして肝心の先生はというと、無駄な事は一切しないようなテキパキ仕事をこなすタイプで、合う人には合うと思うんですけど、笑顔でも目は笑っていなかったりとちょっと怖い印象。 薬がいらない旨を伝えると「一体何がしたいんですか。治したいんですよね」と一方的な感じで言われたのはショックでした。確かに定番の薬で当たり前に出す事が先生側の常識なんでしょうけど、セカンドオピニオンでの利用だったりして、同じものをすでに所有していたり、身体に合わないので断ったり等あるので、そこら辺の可能性も配慮してほしかったです。 あと、余談ですが、個人情報が表示されたパソコンのモニターに、付箋でパスワードが貼り付けてあって、患者がその付箋を容易に見れる状態にありました(しかも誰でも覚えておけるような簡単な単語)。 個人情報保護の観点から言ってありえないと思います。

Very new building with parking and mostly everything in the building. Kids hospital, rehabilitation, internal medicine and etc with pharmaceutical on ground floor. I found very nice inside, clean and many real plants. Staff are very kind and nice. Lady Dr sounds experienced and it is good that avoid unnecessary tests for normal fever. UPSET, alike with other Kaki doctors. But not expected with this new clinic that they DO NOT accept credit cards. Kecchi!!! I have tipped them coins about 960¥ so that at least Dr understand it. I ha e given 5start for all other good services and staff... feeling is like 1star. Hope next time I go they start credit cards. After all this is 20th century and 2020 Olympic are coming too..... let’s leave old things behind and start at least be normal... not expecting BitCoin... just credit cards.
