患者さんが０人の時に入店しても挨拶もなし、退店時もお大事になどの声掛けもなし。患者さんは「心を串刺しにされた者」と思いませんか？
もう少し寄り添える気持ちを持っていただけると嬉しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クレジットカードを忘れて薬局を出てしまいました。自宅に帰った後に電話が来て、カードを忘れていますと連絡を貰いました。薬局を出てから連絡が来るまで約10分もありました。この間誰も気が付かないものですかね？
担当者に「ごめんなさい、気が付かなくって」と言われました。子どもがしている接客なんでしょうか？
忘れた自分が悪いですが、カード抜いてくださいも言われてないですし、支払いの後も挨拶しないで作業始めたし、今日の担当者だけで印象最悪になりました。
病院近くて便利なので使っていましたが、次からは別の薬局にしようか検討します。
今日の担当者以外は皆さん良い人たちです。
