★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ディーラーで買うつもりでいたのに、色々相談にのってもらってる内に購入。キズついた車の修理での代車がソリオハイブリッドだった。乗ってみたらこの車もいい?押しの強い店と違って相談しやすくて居心地がいい。
I intended to buy it at a dealer, but I bought it while receiving various consultations. The substitute for repairing a damaged car was the Solio Hybrid. It's nice to ride this car, unlike a store with a strong push.

I got in by myself and completed the vehicle inspection in less than an hour. You can rest assured that there is no over-maintenance like a dealer. I am satisfied with the necessary maintenance proposals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの方が親切、丁寧な対応でとても感じか良い。店内も綺麗でフリードリンクもあり、ゆっくりと検査の間待つ事ができます。モニターで検査状況も確認でき安心してお任せできます。そして何より車検が45分で終わり、代車を借りる事なくその日に乗って帰れます。超忙しい方絶対オススメです！
The staff are kind and polite, and it feels very good. The inside of the store is clean and there are free drinks, so you can wait slowly during the inspection. You can check the inspection status on the monitor and leave it to us with confidence. And above all, the vehicle inspection is completed in 45 minutes, and you can get on the day without renting a substitute car. I definitely recommend it to those who are very busy!

丁寧な説明でわかりやすく、安心してお任せすることが出来ました。
待ち時間も苦にならないような環境で、モニターで作業の様子が見れて楽しく過ごせたので、あっという間だった気がします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うーん、契約するまではスタッフの対応がとても良いと感じたが、もう2年経つがアフターフォローはイマイチです。車検の内容等で質問したが回答も返ってこず、ほったらかし状態。
Well, I felt that the staff's response was very good until I signed the contract, but after two years have passed, the after-sales follow-up is not good. I asked a question about the contents of the vehicle inspection, but no answer was returned, and I was left alone.
