水	水野俊哉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ QBハウスは他店舗も含めてよく利用していますがベルファ都島店は店内のお客様の管理が全く出来ていない最悪の店舗です。自販機でチケットを購入後、コロナ禍の時期と言う事もあり、利用券に記載された番号を客が自ら受付表に氏名と受付番号を記入し受付番号順に時計回りで３台設置してあるカットして頂くチェアーまで席の位置をズレて行くのがQBハウスのスタイルなのですがベルファ都島店はチェアーが空いても客が待合席から全く動かなかったり、子供のカットの付き添いで来店同行している親が悪びれず踏ん反り返って待合席を占領しているありさまでスタッフもチェアー方向の待合席に移動して下さいとの注意は全く行わず、ベルファ都島店に来店し、他店のQBハウスのシステムでは無く異質な雰囲気に戸惑って、どこの席で待てば良いのか？困惑している新規客に対して好きな空いている席に座ってお待ち下さいと言うありさまです。いったん受付票取った後にカットの順番が回って来るまでの間、ベルファ都島内の他のテナントに買い物に行ったまま戻ってこない自己中心的なマナーの悪い客の気ままな行動の歪みを店内で真面目にカットの順番待ちしているお客様がカットの順番待ちが更に遅れてしまう迷惑と店舗のマネジメントが出来ていない負の歪みをお客様に結果的に押し付けられてしまう最悪のQBハウスの店舗です。 QB House is often used including other stores, but Belfa Miyakojima store is the worst store where customers in the store cannot be managed at all.
