エ	エミゴン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味は美味しいですが，店員はバイトが多くそのほとんどの態度が悪いです。また，注文して料理が来るまでに時間がかかりすぎています。今回行った時は食べ放題を注文しましたが，1品5分はかかっていました。生肉を並べて塩をかけるだけなのに何故こんなにも時間がかかるのかわかりません。また，商品を注文したにも関わらずいつまで経っても来ず，最終的に店員を呼ぶが品切れだと言われた。その際謝りもせずヘラヘラ笑っていたので態度がなってないと感じ，今回の評価にさせてもらいました。食辛房はメニューが豊富で味も美味しいのでとても残念です。また，白島Ｑガーデンは全体的にバイトの人たちの人間の質が悪く感じます。 The taste is delicious, but the sales clerk has many bytes and its attitude is bad. W	W hiromi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の夜、店内はかなり混んでいました。店員さんが忙しいのは理解できますが、それがサービスの低下になる理由にしてはいけません。予約して行ったのに、レジ前がごった返していて、席に案内してもらうのに5分はかかりました。席に着いても、店員さんが来るまで10分程度待たされました。単品を頼んで食べましたが、味は総じていつもと変わらず美味しいです。いや、冷麺は麺を変えたのか、不味くなってました。塩タンちょっと厚くなり、食べにくくなりました。上カルビは薄くなり、見た目を誤魔化しているように感じました。絶対にダメだったのは、サンチュと韓国のりおにぎりです。サンチュは無料とは言え、下の方に溶けてドロドロになった汚いものが入ってました。不快。最低です。韓国のりおにぎりは、二人分を頼んだのですが、一つのお皿に5つしか載ってませんでした。どうやって二人で分けるんでしょうか？多分６つのはずだと思うのですが。店員さんに言おうかと思いましたが、とても忙しそうで接客が雑になってる状態で、言い出す気持ちもなくなりました。でも、対価に見合ったサービスが受けられないモヤモヤは残ります。食辛房は市内に何店もあり、こちらのお店は駐車場も停めやすいのでよく利用していましたが、今回のことで行く気が失せました。店員さんの教育、きちんとするべきです。 The store was quite crowded on Sunday night.
