専門部署に電話をつないでいただき、ソフトの操作に関してスタッフの方とお話しましたが何も分からない私に対して、終始怒ったような話し方をされて大変不愉快でした。
問い合わせた内容も解決しないまま電話を切ることになってしまったので今後は別の印刷所にお願いします。
 I contacted by phone about the data to enter.
I got a phone call to a specialized department and talked with the staff on how to operate the software, but it was very unpleasant for me to have an angry way of talking to me who knows nothing at all.
I'm supposed to hang up without answering the inquiry, so I would like another print shop in the future.
