★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have lived here since 2010. The location is beautiful and convenient. The long walking park makes it safe to walk to the large parks very safe; we don`t have to walk along the busy streets. The park is also the veranda view of most of the apartments. The staff are friendly, helpful, very efficient and professional. It is near the SunaMachi Ginza market street and the Ario and Aeon shopping centers. About a ten to fifteen minute walk fro Toyocho station and 20 minutes from NishiOjima station. There is nearby bus access to both. In the spring time the cherry blossom trees form a kind of flowering tunnel along the walking path and canal.
