K	KT Longtail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (2019.7.24追記) ディナータイムに利用しました。ディナータイム限定メニューなどもあり、夕食+一杯的な感じで美味しく頂きました。しかし館のOPAが閉店時間になると館側のドアがクローズされ、館のトイレに行けなくなります。ロータリー側の出入口から出て隣に公衆トイレがあるものの、これがあまり綺麗ではなく…残念な感じでした。 ------ チェーン店なので味云々は良くも悪くもチェーン店なりですが、テーブルやハイテーブルが多くゆったりしたソファ席が少ないのと、そのソファ席も一部柱裏で微妙なゆったり感だったりと、少し残念な点があります。また喫煙席が見るからに一番ゆったり出来る環境なような気がして、非喫煙者としてやや納得がいかない感もあります。 (2019.7.24 postscript) I used for dinner time. A	Atsuko Munakata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通院の前に少し時間の余裕があるので、モーニングセットを食べに行きました。夜になるとお酒を飲めるバーになるんだろうと思いながら、おしゃれなバーカウンター席で、1番安いモーニングセットを堪能しました。トースト、バター、サラダ、ゆで卵、紅茶がついてて396円で、とってもお得な感じでした。ただ充電ができない、Wi-Fiも飛んでないから少々残念でした。せめてWi-Fiが飛んで欲しいです。 I had some time before going to the hospital, so I went for a morning set. I thought that it would be a bar to drink at night, but enjoyed the cheapest morning set at the stylish bar counter. The price was 396 yen with toast, butter, salad, boiled egg and tea, and it was a very good feeling. I was a little disappointed because I couldn't charge and Wi-Fi didn't fly. p	pitako on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 映画を見る前にお茶するのに利用しました。珍しく喫煙席（電子タバコ専用）があるお店ですが、扉で仕切られて分煙なので、非喫煙の私も気持ちよくすごせました。店内が少し暗いので落ち着きます。 I used it to have a cup of tea before watching the movie. It's rare that there is a smoking seat (only for electronic cigarettes), but since it is separated by a door and smoke is separated, I was comfortable even if I was a non-smoker. The inside of the store is a little dark so it's calm.

O	Oliver Bayley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Part of the Pronto chain of coffee shops/ restaurants, this store is a coffee shop restaurant during the day, but becomes more of a bar/ restaurant in the evening. As a coffee shop, I found the coffee to be a bit expensive considering the small sizes on offer. The smoking section takes up about 1/3rd of the restaurant. It is completely walled-off, so the main restaurant is fine for non-smokers and smoke is not noticeable unless you sit right next to it. As a bar, there is usually a promotion of some kind offering reduced prices on bar food when ordered with a drink. Beers and cocktails are on offer. Bar snacks include sausages, nachos, roast potato with garlic etc. Prices are standard for Japan for beers, ranging from 500 yen and upwards for a glass of beer. The food menu ranges from small snacks to basic pasta, pizza and a few Japanese-style dishes. If you want a full Japanese - style dining experience you are better off in an Izakaya, but many patrons do eat here on the way home from work and during the day. Service is efficient and polite, and drinks and dishes were served promptly. The venue is accessible from the basement of the OPA department store or from the lower level of the station/ bus circle.
