都市ガスと言ったのにプロパンガス用のホースを買わされました。取り付ける際にネットで確認したところプロパンガス用と気づき電話し、翌日に再度来店し返品しました。
ガソリン代使ってまた来店してるのに都市ガス用のホースを新たに買うのも割引もなく、不愉快でした。結果、また不愉快になりたくなかったので、購入は遠慮させて頂きました。
往復8キロのガソリン代返してほしい。
若い男の子の店員でしたが、教育をきちんとしてください。

I said city gas, but I bought a hose for propane gas. When I checked it on the net when installing it, I noticed that it was for propane gas and called, and the next day I came back to the store and returned it.
It was unpleasant to buy a new hose for city gas even though I was visiting the store again using gasoline, and there was no discount. As a result, I didn't want to be uncomfortable again, so I refrained from purchasing it.
I want you to return the 8 kg round-trip gasoline fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まさにプロ。尼崎のホームズもかなり専門的だったけどいろいろなもののバラ売りとかDIYを意識してるぽかった。それよりさらにプロ向けな感じ。
Just a professional. Amagasaki's Holmes was also quite specialized, but I was conscious of selling various things separately and DIY. It feels even more professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ねじのばら売りが有り難い。ロイヤルはまとめ売りしか無いので、こちらの店の方が好きです。但し日用品が無いので、家族で買い物と言う訳にはいかないですね。
Thank you for selling the screws separately. I prefer this store because Royal only sells in bulk. However, since there are no daily necessities, it cannot be said that the family is shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 研修中の方に聞いたのも悪いですが、コーナンプロなんだし、専門用具を理解してないなら誰かに聞くとかして欲しい。研修中だし余計にわからないなら聞かないと。年配で人に聞くのはプライドがあるのかな？違うお店で事は３分でことはすみました。
It's bad to ask someone during the training, but I'm a Kohnan professional, and if you don't understand the specialized equipment, ask someone. I'm in training and if I don't understand more, I have to ask. Is it pride to ask people as an elderly person? It took only 3 minutes to do things at a different store.

プロ向け店ですが、一般客も楽しめると思います（日用品無し）。
見た目は1階だけに見えますが、2階もあります。ちょっと狭めです。
It is Kohnan PRO along the Itami Toyonaka Line.
Although it is a shop for professionals, I think that general customers can also enjoy it (no daily necessities).
It looks like only the first floor, but there is also a second floor. It's a little narrow.
