★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 太田一彦の番組を観て一度は来てみたかった路地裏にある創業昭和21年の店です。
地酒もあり、ビールは少し高いような気がしたけど大阪が安すぎるのかも!
湯豆腐の出汁がとても美味しかったです。
カウンターに座ってた兄ちゃんもたまたま太田一彦の番組観て来た言うてました。
またこの店に来たらカウンター席で堪能したいです。
ちなみにプロとはプロリタリアートの略だそうです。

お客は常連のサラリーマンが多く
店員さんは女性3人で常連さんは
苗字で呼ばれていましたね
ランチは肉と魚からの選択制で
どちらも選べるハーフ&ハーフもある
どちらも税込み700円
肉豆腐かイワシの塩焼き
本日は肉豆腐を注文
テーブルにはランチ回数券の説明書き
10食の値段で11回食べられるらしい
5分も掛からず弁当タイプで料理提供
肉豆腐は温かく優しい味付け
豆腐はやや煮込み過ぎかな
牛肉も入ってるので贅沢
ポテサラのカボチャ版のサラダや
お豆の炊いたん、キャベツの何か
なめこのお味噌汁
副菜なども美味しい家庭料理って感じ
コリャ流行るのも分かる

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寒~っと言いながらお店に入ると、カウンターに座ってたお客さんのオススメで粕汁を黒七味をたっぷり掛けていただきました。沢山の具が入っていてあっさりしているけど、うまみとコクのあるお汁でとても美味しかったです。お店の雰囲気も良かったです。

姫路おでん、姫路れんこんの天ぷら、刺し身の盛り合わせなど色々と頂きました。
どれもボリュームがあって美味しく頂きました。
飲み物は種類も多くリーズナブルで満足です。
何より飲み物の提供までの時間が早く、待たなくて良いのは助かりました。

人気店なので、事前に電話予約をしないと入店できない可能性大です。
小鉢を始めお料理の品数が多いし、お酒の種類も豊富。
今回は姫路ちょい飲み手帳持参で行きました。
1,000円でひねぽん、湯豆腐、好きなアルコール1杯(ビール、酎ハイ、焼酎、日本酒から選びます)
追加で刺身盛り合わせと粕汁を注文。
2人で3,500円。
コスパ良いです。
