確認したいことがあり電話をしましたが、怒り口調の態度の悪い電話対応ですごく不快でした。
もう一度電話をするのも嫌でしたが、もう一つ確認したいことが出来たのでもう一度電話をしたら着信拒否されたようでした。
Telephone support is terrible.
I made a phone call because I wanted to check it, but I was very uncomfortable because of the angry and bad attitude.
I didn't like to call again, but I wanted to check one more thing, so when I called again, it seemed that the call was rejected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 集荷の電話対応が非常に高圧的で恐いです。とくにレターパックプラスの集荷だと露骨に態度が悪くなります。改善を求めるメールをしましたが一向に改善されません。
The telephone response for pickup is very high pressure and scary. Especially when collecting Letter Pack Plus, the attitude becomes blatantly bad. I sent an email asking for improvement, but it doesn't improve at all.
