h	hkr ns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月契約なしで時間料金で利用できるジムいいですね！トレーニングしたい時に行けるし、エステ機械なども使い放題なのは嬉しいです。マシンも基本的なものは揃ってました。写真で見るよりもジム内は広くて、個室スペース？ヨガスペース？も10部屋近くありました。周りの目を気にせずストレッチできるのも嬉しいです。シャワーやパウダールームも明るく清潔！下の階がジャンカラなのですが、そこから入っていくのだけ初めは戸惑いましたが、慣れればなんてことないです。西宮駅からも近い。斬新なシステムに感動してます。 I like the gym, which can be used for an hourly fee without a monthly contract! h	hyooo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事帰りに手ぶらで利用できるのが一番魅力的だと思います。利用料金に運動ウェアとタオルなど色んなアメニティが含まれているので本当に助かります。また個室では自分が好きなYouTubeの動画を見ながら自由に運動できるし、エステマシンも使い放題…！専用アプリがあって入場から決済まですっこく簡単なので、時間があればよく行ってます。(自転車はビル内に停められるので、ジャンカラの入り口から入ってOkでした。) I think the most attractive thing is that you can use it empty-handed on your way home from work. S	S S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6月にオープンしたばかりのフィットネスジムです。通りすがりに看板を見かけて、オープンしてすぐぐらいに行ってみました。場所は阪神西宮駅のエビスタ側の出口を出るとすぐで、ジャンカラのビルの6Fに入っています。女性専用だったり、個室でヨガや脱毛・エステができるので周りの目も気になりません。初めてで全部はやりきれなかったので、また行きたいです(◍•ᴗ•◍) It is a fitness gym that just opened in June. The location is as soon as you take the exit on the Evista side of Hanshin Nishinomiya Station, and you are on the 6th floor of the Junkara building. y	yu ka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しくできた女性専用のフィットネスジム（2021年6月オープン）で、設備がすごく綺麗です！阪神西宮駅から徒歩3分なので、立地も◎ 個人的に特に良いなと思ったのは、以下の3点なので、ご参考にしていただければと思います。 ①美容系の機器が使い放題脱毛器や痩身マシンがあり、追加料金かからずに利用できます。説明書見ながら自分で対応する感じです。 ②入退室がアプリでできるので、受付が簡単受付で支払いしたり、といった手間がなくアプリをかざして入室。退室時も同様にアプリをかざすだけです。料金はクレジットで自動で引き落としなので、とにかく手軽でした。 ③タオルやウェアが借りられる人によっては、ウェアは自分のものがいい、などもあるかと思いますが、シューズを忘れたなどの時は便利です。以上です。会員制ではないので、試しにちょっと行ってみるというのもお手軽にできるかなと思います。全体的に☆5です。 The new women-only fitness gym (opened in June 2021) has very clean facilities! S	Solaぶたねこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 完全にスタッフレスなジムなので、筋トレマシンの扱い方は自己流になってしまいますが、その点気にならない人にはとても良いジムです。ある意味コロナ禍の現在にフィットしたスタイルだと。個人的にはウェアやタオルやシューズの準備なくふらっと気軽に行ける点が非常に大きいです。クレンジングや化粧水、ドライヤーや髪くくるゴムなどのアメニティも充実していますので本当に手ぶらが可能です。大きなテレビ画面のあるホットヨガ室は個室で10室ぐらいあるため周囲の目を気にせずビデオを見ながらマイペースでヨガができます。筋トレマシンは女性向けのためやや効きが弱いですが、まあこんなもん？という感じ。トレッドミルが3つとサイクリングマシンが一つあり、それぞれは透明パネルで区切られて感染対策もできていますが、大抵空いていることが多いので、そう気にはならないです。 It's a completely staffless gym, so the way you handle muscle training machines is selfish, but it's a very good gym for those who don't mind.
