S	Syuhei Ohkouchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一歳の子どもが風邪気味で病院の診察後に処方薬を処方していただきました。服用から数日後に飲み薬の袋に印字されている患者名が他人のものと気づき、そのタイミングで湿疹も起きていたため不安になり確認の電話をしました。繋いだまま長い時間待たされたので確認して折り返してもらえるようお願いしましましたが折り返しの電話で大丈夫だと思うんですという非常に曖昧な内容の返答に非常に憤りを感じました。もちろん処方時に気づけなかった私も軽率だったと反省しています。ただ薬剤師さんはたかが風邪薬とお思いなのでしょうが人命に関わる医療従事者にこの様に人命軽視をする人間がいることを非常に恐怖を感じます。ましてや患者は何も言えない乳児です。もう二度と使いたくない薬局です。 A one-year-old child had a cold and was prescribed a prescription drug after seeing a doctor at the hospital. Of course, I regret that I was careless even though I didn't notice it at the time of prescription. However, pharmacists may think that it is a cold remedy, but I am very scared that there are people who disregard human life in this way among medical professionals who are involved in human life. The patient is an infant who cannot say anything. It's a pharmacy that I don't want to use again.
早	早川あすか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても親身になってくださる薬局です！子どものおむつかぶれで2回小児科に行き、処方箋を持って伺った時、最初の薬の効き具合について薬剤師さんの方から尋ねてきてくださって、メモをとりながら聞いてくださいました。(2回目の薬は即効でした！) さらに数ヵ月後に別の病気で伺った時に、おむつかぶれの薬はどうでしたか？とわざわざ聞いてくださって、嬉しかったです。また、塗り方・飲ませ方を、図や実際の動作を見せながら、とても丁寧に教えてくださって、安心しますし、質問もしやすいです。子どもが病気になると、初めてのことだらけで不安になりますが、この薬局を出る時には、前向きな気持ちになれます。これからもお世話になりたいです。 It's a pharmacy that is very friendly!
