山	山本功（PassBox） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生パスタがリーズナブルな値段で食べられるイタリアンのチェーン店です。売りはやはり生パスタで安定した美味しさがあります。すごくモチモチしているとかではなく、ハリと適度な噛みごたえにパスタ特有の歯切れの良さが特徴です。店舗自体はそこまで広くなく、ワンフロアを木目調に仕立てたシンプルな造作で、カフェのような落ち着いた店内の雰囲気が気に入っています。駅や主要商業施設などから少しだけ離れたこの立地も気に入っていて、街の喧騒から少しだけ離れられる気がします。ランチタイムは流石に混んでいますが、午後は落ち着いた営業の時もあるので、その時間帯は少し長めにいても気兼ねしないのがいい。個人的にお勧めな料理はジェノベーゼのパスタで、正確な名前は覚えていないのですが、吊るしベーコンを使用したものが特に美味しかったです。パンチェッタの様な自然なアミノ酸からなる塩味が個人的には丁度いいと感じました。ジェノバソースは個人的に大好きなパスタのソースなのですが、豚肉との相性がとにかくいいです。ピザや他の料理も無難に美味しいといえば聞こえは悪いですが、単純にハズレがないです。日本人好みの味というか、それが転じて生パスタを採用しているのかもしれません。いい意味で尖りすぎていない、日常的に食べたくなる味ですね。日本人が作る家庭料理屋のイタリア版といったところでしょうか。食通の方はあまり好みませんが、スープパスタなどの創作パスタも美味しいです。スープパスタはとにかく生パスタとの相性がいいので、これも私個人的には好きなので是非試してもらいたいと思います。 It is an Italian chain store where you can eat fresh pasta at a reasonable price.
