y	y tanaka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドライだけだとこの汚れは落ちないからオプションを付けて下さいと言われ、付けたにも関わらず、全く落ちていなかった。説明を求めたところ、営業と電話が繋がらないから対応方法が分からないと言いながら、商品をお店に持ってくるよう言われたり、終始支離滅裂で話になりません。 I was asked to add an option because this stain would not be removed if it was only dry, and even though I did, it did not come off at all. When I asked for an explanation, I was told to bring the product to the store, even though I didn't know how to deal with it because the sales and telephone were not connected, and I couldn't talk about it from beginning to end.

After picking it up and putting on to go to work the next day I realised that during the dry cleaning process the middle button had been broken in half. I took it back to the store only to be told that because I didn't still have the tag they couldn't take any responsibility to fix the issue. Didn't even offer to give me a refund for the most recent dry cleaning bill. Complete lack of any level of omotenashi (hospitality); definitely won't be coming back.
