★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 苦情をお客様窓口に言っても改善するわけでもなく、無視でした。最悪の対応で2度と利用はしません。クリーニング店はたくさんあるのでどうせお金を払うなら他のクリーニング店を利用した方がいいですね。
Even if I complained to the customer service, it did not improve and I ignored it. In the worst case, I will never use it again. There are many dry cleaners, so if you want to pay for it, you should use another dry cleaner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場が、買物金額にかかわらず・・というか買い物しなくても2時間位(だったと思う)無料です。近くのコインパーキングは15分100円位かな。それ考えると、こちらに停めて、買い物して・・・ついでに他の用も済ますというのが・・。買い物したら時間延長があったようにも思います。利用の際はお店のWEBでご確認下さい。
The parking lot is free for 2 hours (I think it was) even if you don't shop, regardless of the amount of shopping. Nearby coin parking is around 100 yen for 15 minutes. If you think about it, you can stop here and shop for it. I think there was an extended time after shopping. Please check on the store's website when using.
