クリーニングに出しても、汚れが取りきれなかったり、縮んだり破れてしまう可能性も、ちゃんと説明下さり、
自宅で可能な洗濯方法や、あきらめて新しいものを購入するタイミングと比較して、このお店で可能なサービスを提案してくれました。
わかりやすく、良心的でした。
これからもクリーニングが必要なとき、クリーニングをダメ元でも試したいときは、ポニーを使いたいと思いました。
ポニーや西角さんのビジネスのやり方も好感が持てました。
これから、クリーニングはポニーにお願いしたいと思いました。

オプション(ダブル洗い)を執拗に勧めてくる。
一度断ると不満そうに(汗ぬきもしときますか？)と、まだ執拗にオプションを勧めてくる。鬱陶しい。
極めつけに通常のクリーニング料金に加え、無言で断りなく、飾り料金(プラス100円)まで勝手に付けられてて、家に帰ってからレシートを見て気づいた。
いつものお姉さんの時は変なオプションない料金ですよ？
しかもオプションつけるなら、せめて一言でも言おうよ。
西角オバサンの件は本社にクレーム入れました。
オプションを執拗に勧めるのが、西角オバサン本人のノルマ達成目的の行動なのか、ポニークリーニング本社の指示命令なのかは不明ですが、すごく不愉快です。
新宿には沢山クリーニング屋があるので、
もう絶対使いません。
