三	三好亜津美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 偏頭痛（緊張性頭痛）持ちで、早めの薬が手放せなかったです。うっかり薬のタイミングを逃すと、完璧に寝込んでいましたが、それでも自分に合う薬があるだけ幸せだと思っていました。でも、実は最近、自分に合った薬を飲まずに過ごしています！ポールスターさんで、ヘッド中心のケアをしてもらって、何度目かにそれに気づきました。薬を飲むタイミングが、本当に少なくなってる！（残った薬だけで過ごしていて、医者にはもう一年行っていないのです）頭痛に縛られない生活は何ものにも変えがたい！！ちなみに頭痛が完全に消えたわけではないだろうから、予防のためにこれからも通う予定です。 I had a migraine (tension headache) and couldn't let go of the early medicine.
