武州豚のショルダーハムは思ったよりもナイフでスパッと切れてガレットと一緒に食べるとモチモチで食感がとても良かった。
デザートガレットのキャラメルソースは大人の味です♪お子ちゃま口には勿体ないデス。

コーヒー好き、カフェ好きな人にはゆっくり過ごせる雰囲気のお店だと思います。
軽く軽食も食べれるので、デートやゆっくりお茶をしたいって人向けかもしれません。

注意していないと通り過ぎてしまうかも(^-^;
駐車場は砂利ですので、二輪車はお気をつけください。
店内に入ると、凄く素敵な雰囲気
書籍も沢山置いてありました。
こじんまりとした店内なので、大勢は無理だと思います。
塩キャラメルガレットとB.L.T.Cガレット+小さいデザートセットで塩キャラメルクレープ
ネパール紅茶(アイス) はちみつレモンスカッシュをオーダー
塩キャラメルクレープ・ガレットにはシャーベットっぽいバニラアイスとほろ苦いキャラメルソースがトッピングされていました。
クレープはもちもち
ガレットももちもち…
個人的にはサクッと薄めが好みです。
B.L.T.Cガレットは、素材の味を楽しむ様なあっさり薄味でした。
ネパール紅茶は癖がなく優しい渋みの好みの紅茶でした。
はちみつレモンスカッシュは、レモンほんのりはちみつがメインの甘めな味でした。
トッピングのアイスはバニラ一択なのでしょうか？
バニラが苦手なので、他も選べるといいなと思います。

3名でテラス席のランチも利用
山の中にあるステキなブックカフェギャラリー
友人の個展が展示された入り口にあるギャラリーは天井高く緑が見える大きな窓ガラスで柔らかい光がきれいです。
個展で使用出来るカフェです。
テラスで食べた蕎麦粉のガレットは、BLT。トマトとベーコンが塩分もちょうど良く野菜も新鮮で美味しかったです。ガレットのパリパリ感もあります。コーヒーが酸味がありとっても美味しかったです。丁寧にドリップされてました。
広いお庭のヤギさんが可愛いですね。

天気の良い日にテラスでのんびり食べるガレットとコーヒーは森林浴も出来最高です。
室内テーブル席の内装も素朴で可愛いです♫

A nice book cafe gallery in the mountains
The gallery at the entrance where my friend's solo exhibition was exhibited has a large windowpane with a high ceiling and a view of greenery, and the soft light is beautiful.
It is a cafe that can be used for solo exhibitions.
The buckwheat galette I ate on the terrace was BLT. The tomatoes and bacon had just the right amount of salt and the vegetables were fresh and delicious. There is also a crispness of the galette. The coffee was sour and very delicious. It was carefully drip.
The goat in the large garden is cute.

Galettes and coffee, which you can relax on the terrace on a sunny day, are great for forest bathing.
The interior of the indoor table seats is also simple and cute ♫
Book cafe gallery, so there are many books

屋外にもテーブル席があり、敷地内には野鳥も飛来します。
時期によっては季節のメニューが追加される場合もあり、行く時の楽しみの１つです。
穏やかでのんびりした雰囲気でゆったり寛げる、お勧めの喫茶店です。
私は宝登山帰りに友人と立ち寄ることが多いです。
駐車スペースは必ずしも広いとは言えず、お店前のスペースに置けない場合は、お店横の坂を登った先に駐車出来ます。
但し、坂に深い轍がある為、車高の低いスポーツカーは実質利用出来ないので注意が必要です。

However, due to the deep ruts on the slope, it is not possible to use a sports car with a low ride height, so be careful.

場所は調べてあったのですぐにわかりました。
ガレットもコーヒーも美味しくて、お店の雰囲気も最高に素敵でした。
平日ということもあり、店内は私達家族だけだったので、たくさん写真も撮ってしまいました。
今度は、お食事系のガレットも食べてみたいし、暖かくなったら外のテラスも良いなぁと思いました。
Three family members visited us during the cafe time on weekdays.
I was looking up the location so I knew immediately.
The galette and coffee were delicious, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was superb.
Since it was a weekday, the store was only for our family, so I took a lot of pictures.
Next time, I would like to eat a meal-type galette, and when it gets warmer, I thought it would be nice to have an outside terrace.
