m	m iii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて利用しました。阪急高槻市駅から近くすぐ見つけられました！店内はバリを基調とされていてとても綺麗でした。スタッフさん皆さん明るくて沢山質問しても嫌な顔せず親身に相談のってくださったので居心地が良かったです！また次回も行くのが楽しみです。よろしくお願いします。 I used it for the first time. I found it near Hankyu Takatsukishi station! The inside of the store was based on Bali and was very beautiful. All the staff were cheerful and even if I asked a lot of questions, they didn't look unpleasant and consulted with me, so I was comfortable! I'm looking forward to going again next time. Thank you.

k	ko ri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hotpepper beautyにてブライダルエステ体験を予約しましたが、体験も受けられず、門前払いされました。とても残念です。予約時、「"肌トラブルを避けるため"、挙式1ヶ月以内の予約不可」と記載がありましたが、式からちょうど１ヶ月余裕があった為予約しました。予約の際にも事前の確認電話でも、式の日にちは伝えておりましたが、いざ当日お話をすると、「1ヶ月だと"本コースのプランを立てられない為"、体験も不可能」だと。お電話で「必ず本コースを予約しなければ体験は出来ないのか」等、確認した際には、大丈夫だと伝えられていました。行く前に分かっていれば、違うサロンに行けたのに、時間も労力も無駄にしました。 I booked a bridal beauty treatment salon experience at hotpepper beauty, but I couldn't get the experience and was paid in advance. At the time of reservation, there was a statement that "to avoid skin troubles, reservations cannot be made within one month of the wedding ceremony", but I made a reservation because there was just one month left from the ceremony. If I knew before I went, I could have gone to a different salon, but I wasted time and effort.
