私の仕事が変わりると同じくらいに、こちらの従業員が辞めてしまい、なかなか土日の予約は取れれず、ようやく取れた平日夕方。15分遅れてしまいました（急な仕事が入り）、店の駐車場は少し距離もあり、遅れていったので店の目の前のパーキングに入れ走って店へ行きました。鍵が閉まっていてドアを叩くと店長が出てきて‥「すみません、遅くなって」という私に「受け付けは18時までって言ったよね？」「もう、帰ってくれる？」と。開口一番そう言われ、予約した時は（ライン）18時頃になってしまうんですが‥と伝えたのですが、何も言われず。仕事でどうしても抜けられず、それでも急いで行ったけど15分遅れてしまいました。
遅れたことは謝罪しなきゃと行ったのに謝罪する間もなく追い返されました。明後日は息子の卒業式。きちんとして式に出たかったです。
20年近く通った美容室でしたが、そろそろ潮時かなと思いました。人として最低だと感じました。もう行きません。
I had my shop manager cut by nearly 20 years.
As much as my work changed, this employee quit, I could not get a reservation on Saturday and Sunday easily, and finally on weekday evening. I got late by 15 minutes (a sudden job entered), the parking lot of the store was a bit far away and we ran into the parking in front of the shop so we went to the store. When the key is closed and hitting the door the store manager came out ... "I'm sorry, I am late" To me, "Did you say that reception is until 18 o'clock, are not you?" "You will return home already? When I made a reservation I was told that it was the first time to open the door. (Line) It will be around 18 o'clock, but I told you nothing. I could not get out of my way at work, but I still hurried but I was 15 minutes late.
I was forced to repatriate soon after apologizing though I went with that I had to apologize for being late. The day after tomorrow my son's graduation ceremony. I wanted to go to the ceremony properly.
It was a beauty salon which passed almost 20 years, but I thought it was time to tide. I felt it was the lowest as a person. I will not go.

通い初めて10年以上ですがヘア美容、美容類に関してかなりのこだわりがある事が体験してわかります。
パサパサヘアがこの美容室から帰宅後はサラサラヘアになる程魔法の水は長年利用の理由です。
駐車場は少し歩きますがあります。
