★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本格的な石窯のピザはとても美味しく、自家製のタバスコとの相性も最高でした。
ただ、とても残念なことが１つ。
お店の奥様が他のお客さんとノーマスクで会話されていました。カウンターに座っている私が挟まれるような状況もありました。
その方はママ友さん？のようでとても仲が良いのだろうなとは思いましたが、一応他の客がいるときは最低限の感染対策はしていただきたいと思いました。
 The authentic stone oven pizza was very delicious and went great with homemade Tabasco.
However, there is one very disappointing thing.
The wife of the shop was having a conversation with other customers without a mask. There was also a situation where I was caught sitting at the counter.
Is that person a mom friend? I thought that I was very close to each other, but I would like you to take minimum infection control measures when there are other customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful Neapolitan pizza place tucked away in Setoda. Wholly unexpected to get such an authentic pizza in a small seaside Japanese town like this. The owner clearly takes his craft seriously, with a real pizza oven and imported ingredients. It was very good - the salami, quattro formaggi, and carbonara pizzas were all excellent. We also had a margharita, a bolognese, and a funghi, all of which were good but the other three were my favorite.
The owner also makes his own limoncello in-house! We had some mixed with soda and it was lovely, flavorful and refreshing.
Service is friendly, and prices are reasonable (~1,000 yen for a pizza, depending on which variety). 1 pizza can feed 1-2 people, depending on how hungry.
Very memorable meal! We came away very impressed. Neapolitan pizza lovers will come away happy.
