電話して変更してもらったところ、生地が違う。
仕事の根本の確認が出来てないお店です。
二度と頼みません。

電話対応も非常に丁寧で、安心出来る対応でした！受取時もこちらのペースに合わせて商品を受け渡ししていただき、味も熱さも含めて大満足です。また利用したいと思います。

1回目はお釣りを少なく渡されていた。
2回目もお釣りを間違えている(別の従業員)上に生地を誤っていた(従業員は2回確認したと言っていたが、そもそも電話で聞き取った従業員が間違っているのだから2回確認しても意味がない)
従業員は手袋を付けたまま現金を触りその手袋でピザをつくっている。
お客様相談室に電話しても全く繋がらない(12時から30分間で22回かけたが1回も繋がらない。)

Employees touch cash with gloves on and make pizza with the gloves.
Even if I call the customer service office, I can't connect at all (I called 22 times in 30 minutes from 12:00, but I couldn't connect even once.)

ピザ作るところの風が巨大扇風機くらいぶわあってなってたけど、寒くないのかな?
ピザは言わずもがな?
ニンニクのポテトが美味しかったけど、しばらく口臭えでした。元からかも知れなけれど( ´△｀)
