p	piero333 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酷い対応です。持ち帰りで割引、のポスターを見て入店。注文をしたらなんの説明もなしに当たり前のように電話番号と名前を要求されました。何で持ち帰りなのに番号と名前答えなきゃいけないんたろう？まぁそれだけなら心の内に留めようと思ったんですが、その後が酷かった。ピザのメニューは備え付けのチラシを見るよう言われたので、セットでチキンやポテトが付くピザを購入。 10～15分後商品を受け取ったのですが、、セットがついてない？？確認したところ持ち帰り割引とセットは併用できないとの事。そんな事は注文時に言われてないんですが？？店の言い分としてはメニューに書いている、との事ですが字は小さいわ見辛いわ。。そもそも持ち帰り割引がメニューに書いてないのに併用できるかどうかなどこちらで判別できるわけもなく。あと、持ち帰り特典と併用できないなら持ち帰りする意味ってないよね？こっちか一方的に損するだけじゃん？指摘したらしぶしぶ付けましたが、途中3人対応スタッフが変わりましたが、その間一度のお詫びもなし。次回からは併用できないのでー、とか二回か三回言われましたが。もう二度とこの店では頼まないので大丈夫です。接客が良いとかレビュー書いてる人がいるけど全然そんな事はないです。 It is a terrible response.
