b	be-shamon.COFFEE珈琲ロースター on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々に福島ピボットに来てみました。うまか亭に来る用事があったからピボットをのぞいてみました。夕方１８時を回ると各店舗は閉店準備中、その中で御弁当屋さんの半額のセールで行列が並んでました。懐かしなと感じながら奥へ奥へと。駅ビル(駅前)の店舗は富裕者層向けとも思える品揃え、各種デパートが福島から無くなり、中合が取り壊される間いちいが出店中ですが、いちいと駅前富裕者層の感覚はマッチイングしないだろかと思いますが、その受け皿はやはり駅ビルの「エスパル」「ピボット」なんだろうと思います。大手スーパーよりも少々高め、格安スーパーから比べたら１０～20％程度高い。どうしても私達一般人からすると手の届かない価格帯かもしれないです。その富裕者層（高年齢者）も行動範囲が狭まり、ネットやデリバリーの波が市場を大きく乱しているかもしれない。駅ビル（ピボット）も、駅の利用者が減り続け、駅利用と関係ない顧客を掴んでいかなくてはいけないが、さてこれからどうするのでありましょうか。 I came to Fukushima Pivot for the first time in a while. The import food store Jupiter has many items from overseas and the price is reasonable. The entire store is extremely busy on weekends.
