m	mio A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸を契約するか賃貸見学に要ったのですが、三件ほど回っていただきましたが、検討したいといっても『他はないですよ、他にいいのはないと思いますよ、何が不満ですか？ここで抑えとかないと決まってしまいますよ、ある程度妥協は必要です、抑え金だけでも入れておきましょう』と強引押しが本当に酷かったです。契約取って、自分の功績にしたいのは分かりますが、だからといって迷ってる段階で強引にノルマの為に勝手に進めようとするのはどうなんでしょうか？全国のレビュー評価や物件数は良くても、契約に躍起になってお客の検討の考えや意見を通そうとしない、自分のノルマの為に考え、行動を押し付けるのは接客として本当になっていません。賃貸では確かに妥協すべき所はありますが、それは担当が決める事ではなく、契約するお客本人が決めることです。しょうがなく、休み予定になるかもしれない日にちを伝えとかないと帰れない様な感じでしたのでお伝えしましたが、留守番電話での来い来いアピールも電話を取る気にもなれません。行ったところで強引に契約取り付けられるのも嫌です。物件を探して頂いたりしたことは感謝していますが、それ以外は評価に値しません。もう少しお客に寄り添って考えてあげたりする、検討するのには何かしら理由があるとかの大切差を学ぶべきです。何軒も行ってるなかでここまで、行動、考えを制限、束縛を掛けてくる不動産は初めてでした。ここでは今後も契約したくありません。 I needed a rental contract or a rental tour, but I went around three times, but if I wanted to consider it, I said, "There is no other, I think there is no other good, what Are you dissatisfied?
