敷金礼金をとられる理由はこちらにないので聞いてみたところ、色々理由をつけて返せないみたいなことを言われました。
最悪の物件を貸し出すだけ貸し出しておいて、お金はきっちりとられました。
本当に対応が悪かったです。
あんな酷いアパート、また駆除もしないで貸し出す気なんでしょうか？次、何も知らないで入られる方が気の毒です。

ただ、退去後の対応は最悪でした。
退去から半年経っても敷金の精算の明細や返金の連絡が全くないためこちらから連絡しました。敷金については管理会社の責任でうちは関係ないとの態度です。その後、管理会社から連絡あると伝えられましたが、1ヶ月経っても連絡がありません。
貸したら終わり、退去後の金にならない人はどうでもいいのでしょうか？

黒沢治助商店 の向かい側。T10築。岩手では他に類のないペディメント装飾を持つ石造風看板建築。漆喰彫刻がとても良い。ファサードが平面的なのが惜しいが、状態は全体的に良い。
隣のガス店はとてもモダンだ。
