Then in the middle of my manicure they told me they didn't have enough time for the design I originally wanted, and ended up going over time anyways. Then the nails fell off after 10 days, but because the refund policy is 7 they refused to help me or give a discount for getting the gel nails off. Finally, they made really rude comments about non-native Japanese customers. When I e-mailed to consult about a refund, they called my phone at 11:30pm just to tell me it was my fault for not understanding the rules, some of which weren't clearly written on their website. I was unbelievably disappointed.
