★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可愛い品が多いけど他にも口コミに書いてる方いましたが、接客がイマイチです。品について聞きたくても店員が1人の客につきっきりになっていて聞けなかった。特にふくよかな女店員が犬嫌いなのかと思うような接客でした。愛犬に優しくないし あやうく踏まれそうになりました。雑な接客で嫌な思いしました。
There are many cute items, but there were other people who wrote in the word of mouth, but the customer service is not good. Even if I wanted to ask about the item, the clerk was so busy with one customer that I couldn't. It was a customer service that made me think that a particularly plump female clerk hates dogs. It's not kind to my dog and I'm about to be stepped on. I was disgusted by the rough customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日友人と初めて行きましたが、私が先にお会計をしているのに隣で並んでいる友人にポイントカードの説明を延々としていました。こちらは目の前で財布を出して待っているのに私の顔は一切見ず凄く気分が悪かったです。無言で財布を直し後ろに下がり2.3分後に会計は？と問われましたがキャンセルしました。最低なお店でびっくりです。お店を出てから友人にもごめんねと謝られました。二度と利用しません。

I was waiting with my wallet in front of me, but I didn't see my face at all and I felt very sick. I repaired my wallet silently and went back, and after 2.3 minutes, what about accounting? 店長さんとふくよかな方の態度は見直した方がよろしいです。目を合わせる事もしないです。予約が取りにくく天狗になってるのかな？と思いましたが、人によって態度が違うんですね。違う方にはとても笑顔で接しられていましたので、犬にも態度変えてないか預けるのも不安ですし、不信感を抱きました。
スタッフの方は感じの良い方なのが救いです。

堀江近辺のお店と違い、常連さんとペチャクチャお喋りして入りづらい買いづらい雰囲気では無いのがとても良いです。
お洋服の試着も嫌な顔はせず沢山させていただけます。
