★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ニュータウンブリッジ。長岡ニュータウンへ繋げる橋の名前。当時モノレール計画もあった。しかし、オイルショックやバブル崩壊、中越地震などの影響で現実にはならなかった。それから数十年。長岡東西道路 国道404号バイパスの建設が浮上する。そしてついに2013年、大手大橋以来28年ぶりに東西を結ぶ大橋が誕生した。大橋の名前、色は市民アンケートにて決定した。現在は二車線、消雪パイプ無。四斜線の計画もあるみたいだが、具体的には発表されていない。主に高速道路から来る運送トラックなどが多いので交通量は多い。今後の発展に期待したい。

Construction of Nagaoka Tozai Road National Route 404 bypass emerges. Finally, in 2013, Ohashi, which connects the east and west, was born for the first time in 28 years since Otehashi. The name and color of Ohashi were decided by a citizen questionnaire. Currently there are no two lanes and no snow pipes. There seems to be a plan with four diagonal lines, but it has not been announced specifically. There are many transportation trucks mainly coming from highways, so there is a lot of traffic. I look forward to future developments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝夕の通勤帰宅時はメチャクチャ混みます。利用されている方が多い事と川東方面へ渡った後の短いスパンで信号(交差点)が続く事の影響かと思います。それぞれの橋の交通量だったり距離感が絶妙すぎて行き先によっては使わざるを得ない橋です。橋からの眺めはいいですよ。
When returning to work in the mornings and evenings, it gets messy. I think that there are a lot of people being used and the influence of the signal (intersection) continuing on a short span after passing to the east side of the river. It is a bridge that you must use depending on the destination because the traffic volume of each bridge and the sense of distance are too exquisite. The view from the bridge is nice.
