お	おきゃるくりりん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 狭い店内にキャットケージを置き、「触らないでください」と書いています。それだけならいいのですが、ケージの前に立っているだけで猫が手を出してきて、服に爪を引っ掻けてくる事に対して、「やめてもらえますか？」とすごく上から客に言いまくってます。いや、いや、いや、百歩譲って猫に言っても分かるはずがないのは理解できますが、人が猫のケージに手を突っ込んで触っているわけでもありません。一体、何をやめろと？といった感じです。触られて困るなら、アクリル板を挟むとかやり方があるでしょう？少なくとも他店ではそうしているのを見かけます。そういう意味で接客は最悪です。 I put the cat cage in a small store and wrote "Don't touch it". a	asss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員が1人めちゃくちゃ感じ悪いです。「いらっしゃいませ」も「ありがとうございました」も言わないのに、子供が販売されているぬいぐるみを気に入って触った途端に、「それおもちゃじゃないんで」と上から目線で言われました。こんなことを言う人が接客業をされていることにとても驚きました。その言い方も言葉遣いもお客様に対して言うような言い方ではありませんでした。 3歳の子供にさえ優しく出来ない人が、犬や猫には優しくできるのでしょうか？可愛い犬や猫がいたら、購入も考えていましたが、このお店にはもう二度と行きません。本当に気分が悪かったです。後日お客様相談窓口にこの件を問い合わせしましたが、そちらはきちんと対応して下さいました。なのでこの店舗に限ることかもしれませんが、こんなに気分が悪くなったのは初めてです。一体どういう教育をされているのでしょうか？ One clerk feels messed up.
