カヌレの、外側はややカリっとして、中のしっとりした食感がいいですね。プレーンだでなく、いろんな味に挑戦されているので、次回が楽しみになります。ちょっとした手土産にもいいと思います。
またおじゃまします！
A new store of Petit Bonheur, a canelé and caramel specialty store that opened in Kitanozaka this year.
The outside of the canelé is a little crispy, and the inside has a nice moist texture. I am looking forward to the next time because I am trying various tastes instead of plain. I think it's a good souvenir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店の雰囲気は素敵だと思いました。店員さんは少し威圧的で怖かったです。カヌレ目当てに来店しましたが、想像より小さく割り高に感じました。変わった味が多く、味もそこそこですが、また買いたいとは思えません。
I thought the atmosphere of the store was nice. The clerk was a little intimidating and scary. I came to the store for Canelé, but I felt it was smaller and more expensive than I had imagined. There are many unusual tastes and the taste is decent, but I don't want to buy it again.
