マフィンとスコーンは少しパサパサしている気がします。
ビスコッティは美味しいです♡
ですが、お客さんによって態度がかなり変わり一見さんには素っ気ないです。
とても美味しくてお店も可愛いのに残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シフォンケーキがふわふわでとても美味しかった。カップケーキは甘党はもう少し甘い方が好みかな。
プリンもおいしかったです。生クリームつけてもらえばよかったな〜。
ほか焼き菓子は可もなく不可もなくといった感想。
常連の客が多いらしく和気あいあいとレジのたびに会話が繰り広げられていました。
移転したとはいえこりゃあ行列もできるわけだと納得の立地と接客。作業場からの導線もみてるこちらがヒヤヒヤしました。
素手で商品を扱っていたり、マスクごしとはいえショーケースから出ている商品もある中途切れることのない会話。そして密不可避。コロナ禍関係なく気になる人は気になる雰囲気だと思います。空いてる時間をみてゆっくり伺いたい店でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗移転して東新潟駅近くになって初めてきました。もとお惣菜コトコトの場所です。シフォンケーキとスコーンが主のお店です。甘すぎず優しい味でいくつでもたべられそうで危険です。常時シフォンケーキもスコーンも5種類くらいはあります。シフォンケーキはクリームのサンドされたのとカットのままとあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 若葉町の広い道路に面した、住宅街の一つで営業されています。初めて行く方はウッカリすると見落とします。
店の前に駐車場が2台のみ。
店内はとても狭く、一人ずつ(またはギリ二人)入って購入して入れ替わって次の方が購入するといった感じなので、店の前には行列ができます。
対応されるのが女性のオーナー一人なので、致し方ないところですね。
入ってすぐのショーケースは2段構成。
マフィンやスコーンが主に上段、シフォンケーキ等が下段となっています。
どれも種類は多くて、選ぶのに迷います。
シフォンケーキはフワフワで美味しかった。
オープン間もなくだと並ぶし、遅くなると欲しいものはないので、そこが悩みどころでしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 若葉町にあるときに何度か伺いました。シフォンケーキはふわふわで美味しいですが、スコーンとマフィンはパサパサ、チーズケーキは毎回買うたびに味が違う。なんなら自分で作ったほうが美味しい感じ。
店員さんがお喋りな為なかなかお店の中に入れなかったイメージ。1回取り置きをしてもらいたく連絡をした所、その商品は売り切れてないと返信が。どうしてもシフォンケーキが食べたく仕事終わりに寄ったところ食べたかったシフォンケーキはまだ沢山残っていましたが、その時の対応がとてつもなく悪く（すごく不機嫌で喋りたくないのか、翌日の仕込みで忙しいのか、わたしはこんなに沢山のお菓子を1人で作って凄いだろアピールなのか）早く選んで帰ってほしいと言う感じでした。
家に帰宅したとこ、勘違いで買いたい商品がないと伝えてしまいすいません。と連絡がきましたが…。あんな対応されたらもう行く気も失せてしまい、それっきり行ってません。体調が悪いときもあると思いますが、あの対応はないと思います。接客業としていかがなものかと…。

シフォンもふわふわシュワっとシフォンならではの音が良いよね。
甘さも優しくてちょうど良い。
オレンジのブラウニーはもうブラウニーと言うよりガトーショコラに近いかも。
重厚さもあるのに軽め、ビターとオレンジは大好きな組み合わせ。
大好きです。

さすが看板に掲げているだけありシフォンケーキが美味しいです。フワッとしながらきめ細かい弾力もあり、しっとりとした口当たりで甘さがちょうどいい。クリームがサンドされたシフォンがこれまたいい感じ。
焼き菓子はマフィン・スコーン・ビスコッティ・スノーボールを購入しましたが、お菓子全体が甘さ控えめで素朴さを感じます。私は好きなテイストですが、好みが分かれるかもしれません。全粒粉のスコーンは小麦の甘みを感じるオススメのひとつです。
店頭の自販機でも焼き菓子が買えますよ。
